Yes we do!
What does
postage cost?
It depends on what you buy and where you live - to
calculate postage please enter your address after clicking "proceed to checkout"
in the view cart window!
Do you have any retail stores?
We only
have one retail store and it is in South Australia, this is the only store
we have ever had, for more information see the About Us page.
Do you have
more products in store than on this site?
Yes! Our retail store has
a lot more products - unfortunately we do not have the time or resources to list
everything online, feel free to contact us if you are looking for a particular
item!
Do you
giftwrap?
Yes! We certainly can, just make a request in the comment
section during the check-out process! If you have already placed your order and
forgot to do this just send an email through the contact us page and if we have not already
packed up your order we'll be happy to wrap it.
Will my credit
card details be secure?
Definately! Please see our privacy statement.
What is your
returns policy?
If product is faulty or damaged Kidzone will replace
the item, or if a replacement is not available will provide a refund within 14
days.
How do a make
a return?
Please email or call us providing information about what is
wrong with the item and we will let you know if we can replace or refund the
item. In the case of refunds, we can only refund to the card used to purchase
the item.
